Week 2 Post 2 - Acer Palmatum

Working in landscape I was faced with the challenge of the Japanese Maple - Acer Palmatum. This elegant, beautiful tree takes many years for even the slightest growth. I learned how the trees are coerced into growing into a balanced and harmonious shape. If I ever had the patience I would include these in my own landscape.
