Week 15 Post 1 - Petcube

The petcube is an amazing idea that links technology with design. Using your smartphone you can interact with your pets while you are away from the home. This could be used to soothe pets with severe separation anxiety. I feel pretty bad when I have to leave my pets alone all day, but just being able to check in on them from time to time would be great. The added benefit of interaction makes this even better. While the design seems too cold and sterile to work with a pet, it would definitely appeal to a human and storing this would never look cluttered. I think some more thought would go a long way to make this more about the pet than the human.
